Lost and Found

when you are lost, you can be found.

Being lost might look like these labels:

  • anxiety

  • loss (relationships, grieving)

  • people-pleasing

  • uncertainty, betrayal, neglect, shame, hurt

  • depression

  • childhood, individual, cultural, intergenerational trauma

  • ADD, ADHD

  • sexual dysfunctions

  • self esteem

  • relationship issues


Yet, I look at these as symptoms that you have lost yourself and connection with your true self. And the good part is that we all within us have a compass inside. And you are your own best guide.

I want to honour that within you as we take steps to find your authentic direction. While tapping in again to your heart and its wisdom to guide you, I want to be there to journey with you so you are not alone.

The directions you choose may hold risk and fear. And still, these codes need to be listened to and matched to your authentic self, your heart's compass.
