“My life-long passion is empowering and supporting people find their path to well-being, confidence and find their inner compass.”
I’m a counsellor in Squamish, a surfer, and an explorer with a compass.
“Counselling is a profound journey of transformation, a courageous path where healing begins with a single, powerful choice: to embrace your story and invest in your own well-being. It's not about fixing what's broken, but about discovering the incredible resilience that already lives within you.”
I was born in Canada and grew up in South Africa. My childhood is painted with the colours of the African ocean and the feeling of being held by the three-dimensional hug of the surfing waves.
Through my journey and work, I have come to see the benefits of self expression and authentic voice to a path of deeper peace and confidence.
My approach revolves around a map of meaning that includes +authenticity and +attachment as foundational pieces. I use IFS (Internal Family System), Mindfulness-based psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Somatic Therapy in a client-focused approach.
I am a Registered Professional Counsellor and Mental health practitioner certified with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association.
Today, I live in Squamish with a close group of friends and family around me. My work with others is informed by my personal work of exploration and liberation.
I am here and honoured to support you…
